Processing Time: We utilize drop shipping, so times are calculated by our distributor. We estimate your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days or the date ordered. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that processing times may vary during peak shopping seasons or due to unexpected circumstances.

Delivery Time: Delivery times will vary depending on your shipping address and the shipping method selected. Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3-7 business days. International shipping can take up to 14 business days, depending on the destination country. Please note that delivery times may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. You can track the status of your order at any time using the tracking number provided.

Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for any lost or delayed packages due to incorrect shipping information. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to reship your order at an additional shipping cost.

Shipping Restrictions: We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain international destinations. If you are based outside of the United States, please contact us for a list of our current shipping destinations.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our apparel company. Therefore, we offer a hassle-free returns policy. Please read our policy below:

Returns: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in new, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to initiate the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is delivered to us safely. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt of the returned item(s). Please note that refunds may take longer to process during peak shopping seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and initiate the exchange process as soon as possible.
